Mabel has unveiled the music video for her track, ‘OK (Anxiety Anthem)’.
Since the release of her debut album High Expectations, fans have been particularly drawn to ‘OK (Anxiety Anthem)’, which is Mabel’s most raw and honest track to date. Opening up about her own experiences with anxiety and depression, it’s a song which has resonated with many thanks to its inspiring message.
Now, Mabel has shared an accompanying visual for the track, which was premiered by Dazed. Directed by Jade Jackman, the black and white visual is a simplistic affair yet really hits home the message that anxiety can affect anyone no matter what your circumstances are. However, despite how universal those feelings are, it’s okay to have them.
The visual features a diverse and inclusive range of people from all walks of life subtly breaking out into movement. Not only is it empowering to see such representation on screen, but the simplicity of the visual itself really hits home the importance of the song’s message, leaving you feeling truly inspired.
