Pop diva Madison McWilliams just dropped a new music video, entitled “Living For The Weekend.” Based in Austin, Texas, the 16-year-old vocalist is making tsunami-sized waves in the music industry.
Previously highlighted in numerous magazines, including Dream Teen, Justine, Tigerbeat, and Girl’s Life, where she was named It Girl of 2018, McWilliams made an appearance on KIIS FM / iHeartRadio’s #NextUp, performing a minimalist version of her latest single. Then she appeared on KTLA TV, and is scheduled for Fox’s Good Day Austin, at the beginning of August. From there, she joins the 2018 Boys of Summer Tour, along with Hailey Ona, Mackenzie Sol, and Single By Sunday.
What’s more, Girl’s Life Magazine featured a BTS glimpse of McWilliams shooting the music video for “Living For The Weekend.” In addition, McWilliams actively participates in The Art of Kindness, a charity advocating art through kindness and anti-bullying.
McWilliams’ talent knows no boundaries, as she writes her own lyrics and music, dances like a pro, and just signed with Randy James, who will guide her blossoming acting career.
The video for “Living For The Weekend” was directed by Scott Rice, and choreographed by Tina Landon. The video relates the visual tale of a group of young women, who, seeking a thrill, decide to rob a bank. They pull off the heist with glitzy finesse. Unfortunately, a glitch brings the whole thing to naught. Stylish dancing, glamorous lighting effects, and exquisite camera work make the video hum with gleaming energy.
The music and the video showcase McWilliams’ enormous vocal talent, as she invests the tune with nuanced colors and smooth-as-cashmere textures. Rife with seductive pop flavors, luminous harmonies, and heady rhythm, the tune presents polished scrumptious relishes of contagious momentum.
In short, with “Living For The Weekend,” Madison McWilliams demonstrates why she is destined for mega-success.
