Wedding bells! “Suicide Squad” star Margot Robbie tied the knot with her long-term partner Tom Ackerley in a secret ceremony.
The ceremony reportedly took place on Australia’s Gold Coast, near the town of Dalby where Robbie grew up. The loved-up couple exchanged vows in front of family and friends. Attendees at the nuptials included the star’s brothers Lachlan and Cameron, and her sister Anya.
“The Gold Coast was somewhere she always wanted to get married.” – One of Robbie’s friends told Australia’s Woman’s Day magazine.
“They decided to marry around Christmas so they could spend time with both their families afterwards, which they’ve never done before.” – she added.
Margot and Tom live together with flatmates in London and first met in 2013 on the set of the WWII film Suite Francaise.
