Television and radio presenter, Maya Jama, has just announced her second collection with PrettyLittleThing.
After the success of her first collection, the style icon has collaborated with PLT again, and the line will drop on 28th January 2019.
The brunette beauty took to Twitter to announce her excitement: “AFTER THE OVERWHELMING SUCCESS OF MY 1ST COLLECTION WITH @OfficialPLT A B**** IS BACK WITH NUMBER 2”
“I never imagined the first would do so well and you all looked amazing wearing it! (don’t worry I haven’t forgot about the 2 pieces) but this time there’s coats and tracksuits and evening wear and hopefully something for everyone in sizes 4-24”
Not only has Maya teamed up with the fashion brand for her collection, but she also features on their brand new podcast, ‘PLT: Behind Closed Doors’.
She is no stranger to the podcast life, as she is also the host of her own, ‘When Life Gives You Melons’.
‘Behind Closed Doors’ includes PLT’s Senior Social Media Executive, Nat O’Leary, and a bunch of amazing women, chatting about life and having a – what sounds like – slumber party, which is what PLT were going for.
PLT explained that they wanted the podcast to be an opportunity for their followers to get to know the celebrities they collaborate with.
In a press release about the podcast, Maya stated:
“[I’m] so excited for PLT to be stepping into the podcast world with, ‘Behind Closed Doors’. They flipped the tables and put me in the hot seat. Listen in to hear me talk life, face masks, and dealing with stalkers. There’s even a cheeky little exclusive in there too… I did actually have a stalker once… he had DM’d my friend saying, ‘Oh I’m near your house,’ who I lived with at the time.”
Jama celebrated the upcoming release of her second collection with a bunch of celebrity friends, including BBC Radio 1Xtra’s, Tiffany Calver, presenter, AJ Odudu, and many, many more.
Maya sizzled in an electric blue co-ord from her upcoming collection, which showed off her toned midriff.
She paired the statement two-piece with barely-there, strappy, black stilettos.
