Initially, the five boys – comprising of members Kieran, Jack, Jon, Blaise and Elliot – auditioned as solo artists and they were put into a boy band.
Their first performance as a band – formerly named Vibe 5 – was at the Six Chair Challenge, whereby they performed ‘Can’t Stop The Feeling’ by Justin Timberlake. Despite not having as long as other contestants to rehearse, their performance hinted at major potential for the band and their performance earned them a chair at this stage of the competition.
At their performance in the Judges’ Houses stage, the band performed a rendition of ‘Say You Won’t Let Go’ by James Arthur. Their acoustic performance, which showcased their individual vocals and as a group, earned them a place in the Live Shows.
