Milestones release debut album Red Lights

Milestones released their debut album Red Lights today and we are big fans, already! With a mix of upbeat and slow songs, there is something for everyone on this pop punk fuelled album.

We had high expectations for the album after the band released “Paranoid” and “bittersweetheart” earlier in the month and we are not disappointed.

The band have played a few songs live on previous tours in the last year that are featuring on the album, such as “eighteen.” We were excited to finally hear this song when the album was released. No surprises, it is one of our favourites.

It was also announced that the Manchester-based band had co-written songs for the album with Mayday Parade drummer Jake Bundrick, which we were even more excited about. After his band had just celebrated the 10th anniversary of their album “A Lesson in Romantics” it was no doubt that he would influence their album further.

Milestones have also announced they’re heading on tour headlining venues around England this March where you’ll be able to hear your favourite songs from the album. With support from band Better Days.

•15th March, Think Tank, Newcastle
•16th March, Cafe Totem, Sheffield
•17th March, Asylum, Birmingham
•21st March, Sound Basement, Liverpool
•22nd March, The Forum, Tunbridge Wells
•23rd March, The Anvil, Bournemouth

You can also catch them on the already announced tour supporting American pop-punk band Broadside across the UK.

•29th May, Thousand Island, London, England
• 30th May, Night People, Manchester, England
• 31st May, The Garage Attic, Glasgow, Scotland

Tickets for both, Milestones headline tour and the Broadside tour, tours are on sale now.
