ICYMI YouTube sensation Miranda Sings has just made a huge, ground-breaking, life-changing announcement: she’s having her own Netflix series. Get tweeting #MirandaSingsOnNetflix, right now guys.

Miranda made the announcement in a YouTube video appropriately called “I’m pregnant.” She has a baby that she’s been nurturing, and that baby is her very own Netflix show, obvs.

The Netflix original series will be titled Haters Back Off after one of Miranda’s signature catchphrases. She’s just so inspirational. Check out her announcement right here:

The eccentric Miranda Sings is the internet alter-ego of singer and actress Colleen Evans, who has been entertaining fans on YouTube with Miranda’s songs and vlogs since 2008.

Miranda has been preparing her fans for days now, teasing them with #MirandaSurprise on her Twitter account, @MirandaSings. And now her big secret has finally been revealed!

In the announcement, Miranda explains her work with Netflix. As part of her charity efforts she wants to help this “little website” get their feet off the ground. Erm, yeah. Nobody has heard of Netflix, right?

That’s all we know atm. Miranda ends the video by saying that more information is coming soon, so watch this space. Netflix is taking “4ever” to make the show; it’s not her fault, OK!

Mere hours after its upload, the announcement video had already gained hundreds of thousands of views; Miranda’s audience extends to 5.7 million subscribers globally. We’re guessing her Netflix show is going to be pretty popular too.

Along with her YouTube and TV ventures, Miranda also does live shows where she brings her fabulous singing talents to the stage. You can catch her in Vancouver on 20 February or Washington DC on 23 April.

How excited are you for Miranda’s Netflix series? Let us know in the comments or @CelebMix on Twitter.
