Mollie King has released her brand new single AND music video ‘Hair Down’.
Fully embracing her love of pop music, ‘Hair Down’ sees Mollie collaborate with Girls Aloud super producers Xenomania.
The high energy track opens as King sings the line ‘gotta let my hair down…’ before the songs main hook kicks in, acting almost as a command for party goers everywhere to report to the dance floor.
The sound of trumpets, bass guitar and synths build before Mollie’s vocal chants of ‘na-na-na-na-na-na’ take over, which we guarantee will be engrained in your brain before you know it.
Mollie sings the songs cheeky lyrics with ease, as the melody and pace of the track builds and builds in the lead up to the singles instantly sing-along chorus.
Gotta let my hair down, I just wanna dance now
Relentless in pace and energy, confident, sassy and in control, ‘Hair Down’ showcases Mollie King the ‘solo star’ perfectly.
