Monsta X Drop New Music Video For “Middle of the Night”

After releasing the audio just hours before on Dec. 6, Monsta X went ahead and dropped the music video for “Middle of the Night,” which you can watch below.

Upon listening, fans will hear “Middle of the Night” is entirely in English, making it the group’s fifth official English-language release. Previously, Monsta X released “Someone’s Someone,” “Love U,” Who Do U Love?” featuring French Montana, and the “Who Do U Love?” remix featuring both French Montana and will.i.am. Monsta X also released an English version of their song “Play It Cool” in March.

Following the “love” theme seen in their recent singles and their direction toward incorporating more of the English language in their songs, Monsta X is releasing their first all English-language album All About Luv, on Valentines’s Day, Feb. 14, 2020.

Notably, it will also be Monsta X’s first album as a six-member group, after both Starship Entertainment and Wonho announced the member’s departure on Oct. 31.

Monsta X will debut “Middle of the Night” at B96’s Jingle Bell Bash on Saturday, Dec. 7.  The group will also perform at several other iHeartRadio Jingle Ball shows, including Dec. 9 in Minneapolis, Dec. 11 in Philadelphia, and Dec. 13 in New York. They are the only K-Pop group performing on the East Coast leg of the Jingle Ball tour.
