2015 X Factor winner Louisa Johnson has announced that her brand new single ‘Best Behaviour’ will be released this March.
The track is the follow up to Louisa’s debut single ‘So Good‘, which charted at number 13 on The Official Charts back in October. It also follows her X Factor winners single ‘Forever Young‘ which peaked at number 9, and her top-five collaboration ‘Tears‘ with Clean Bandit.
‘Best Behaviour’ is eagerly anticipated as it has been written by an iconic team of songwriters including TMS, Shun, and Danny Parker. TMS have worked on huge hit songs including the likes of Professor Green’s ‘Read All About It‘ and Jess Glynne’s massive number 1 ‘Don’t Be So Hard on Yourself‘, while Danny Parker penned Shawn Mendes’ huge UK number 1 hit single ‘Stitches‘. Shun is responsible for Little Mix’s latest hit ‘Touch‘.
Speaking about her new single, Louisa Johnson said: “Best Behaviour has a different sound to ‘Tears’ and ‘So Good’, it’s more electronic, but it’s still definitely me. I don’t just like one style of music, so I didn’t want an album where every song sounded the same. I wanted to mix it up. I’ve got to where I wanted to be five years ago, but I’m nowhere near where I want to be five years from now. I’ve still got a long way to go, but I’m going to have the time of my life getting there.”
‘Best Behaviour‘ is due for release on the 10th of March and is available to pre-order right now.
