You read that right! Nick Jonas is not only releasing music videos for the singles from his upcoming album Last Year Was Complicated, but he will be releasing a video for every single song on the album.
During an interview April 6 with the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, Jonas told host Nick Grimshaw that he has plans to film 11 music videos to go along with his current single, “Close.” That is 12 music videos for just one album!
Jonas shared exclusively with Nick Grimshaw, “we’re shooting a video for every song on the record, which I’m really excited about. But, you know, a lot of the ideas stem from some of the real life experiences.”
The Breakfast Show shared this photo of Jonas and Grimshaw on their Twitter account.

Jonas released the music video for “Close” featuring Tove Lo on March 25 and it has already passed 19 million views on YouTube. This is his first single of 2016, and the first single off his new album. The video stars Jonas and Tove Lo who are sitting in chairs that are abruptly being pulled apart.
Last Year Was Complicated will be released on June 10 and has been highly anticipated. The album features collaborations with Ty Dolla $ign, Big Sean and Tove Lo. The title of the album was even chosen by Jay Z!
Jonas’ new album is expected to be greatly successful considering how well his previous album did on the charts. His self-titled album was released in 2014, followed by an updated version of it titled Nick Jonas X2 featuring extra songs. The self-titled album Nick Jonas charted at number six on the US Billboard 200.
