Nicki Minaj’s most recent single, “Super Freaky Girl,” has sold over 100,000 copies since its release on Friday, August 12. The Barbz leader announced the success on Twitter.

Nicki Minaj wrote, ‘So grateful omg thank you guys,’ on Twitter including a variety of different emojis.

Following the release of the Rick James-inspired song on Saturday, the Pinkprint rapper has made history and this milestone follows that. With the assistance of her fans, Nicki was able to accomplish the largest solo launch for a female rap song in Spotify history. The song was the top new entry on Spotify after receiving over three million streams in its first day and debuting at No. 13 on the global chart.

“Super Freaky Girl” not only made a huge Spotify debut, but also peaked at No. 1 on the iTunes charts in the US and Canada and into the Top 100 in a number of other countries, including Mexico, the UK, and Australia.

Numerous media sites frequently refer to Minaj as the “Queen of Rap” and the “Queen of Hip Hop.” Minaj is also one of the best-selling musicians, with more than 100 million albums sold worldwide. In addition to selling records, her Pink Friday perfume was one of her first branded goods. Many additional perfumes, including her Minajesty and Onika Eau de Parfum products, were inspired by it. In addition, Minaj has a small stake in Myx Fusions, the company that developed the Myx Moscato line of beverages. She frequently mentions flavoured Moscato in her songs and isn’t shy about endorsing her own goods. A Nicki Minaj Barbie doll with Mattel, nail paint with OPI, and makeup with MAC are just a few of the collaborations Minaj has had with different companies to release her own products. Recently, Minaj has also been named MaximBet global ambassador and Maxim Magazine creative director. Nicki’s decision to join in the partnership is, of course, well timed considering the expansion of the igaming industry in the US, with many popular real money online casinos like BetMGM Casino and Unibet Casino, to name a few, paving the way for newer ones.

Since they chose the title of the song, Nicki’s most recent success is also a victory for her followers. Nicki asked her fans to help her change the song, which was previously dubbed “Freaky Girl,” when she appeared to be in legal danger. She gave her Barbz the songs “Nick James,” “He Want a Freaky Girl,” and “Super Freaky Girl,” with the last one being well received by the audience.

Nicki Minaj posted on Instagram, “PreSave #SuperFreakyGirl now.” “Thank you for your over 200k votes but we could not legally use the name freak or freaky girl. You’re stuck with this. Love You.”

Since kicking off 2022 with “Do We Have A Problem?” and “Bussin,” which featured Lil Baby, the 39-year-old rapper has released a handful of songs, as well as collaborations with Fivio Foreign and HipHopDX’s 2022 Rising Star Coi Leray.

Missy Elliot praised Nicki Minaj on Twitter after her most recent streaming victory and the announcement that she will get the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award in 2022 at the MTV VMAs this year.

Along with her songs and accolades, the “Super Bass” rapper is getting ready to premiere a brand-new documentary called Nicki. The documentary will consist of six episodes, each of which will focus on a different area of Nicki’s entire career.
