Since the release of her first single “Make Me (Cry),” Noah Cyrus has been making her mark in the music industry. “Make Me (Cry)” reached platinum in the United States, Sweden, and Canada, and hit gold in Australia. Her next single, “Stay Together,” got a spot on Billboard’s US Mainstream Top 40, and the music video has collected over fifty-three million views. Noah has also published a few other songs, such as “Again” and “I’m Stuck.”
While Noah Cyrus’s debut album, NC-17, has yet to be issued, it is not stopping the eighteen-year-old from bringing new tracks. For the last few days, through her social media, Noah has been teasing “We Are…”. It was given the release date of February 5th, and she did not fail to pull through.
Just like her other hits, “We Are…” holds a trendy beat that’s easy to move to. On top of that, the lyrics are incredibly understandable. Most young adults, if not all, will be able to connect with Noah. After all, she makes a very valid point… We are all kind of f**ked, aren’t we?
