Fifth Harmony’s Normani Kordei decided to release a special project today and it is something to talk about.
After sending Harmonizers into a frenzy last night announcing her project, the frenzy continued into today.
The dance videos, one dancing to “Commas” by Future and the other “Do Not Disturb” by Teyana Taylor, are the latest visuals directed and choreographed by Sean Bankhead.
Released with an interview by Complex Music, Normani Kordei has been able to showcase her another side of her that many have numerously requested to see.
When asked why she decided to release these amazing videos, Kordei knew exactly why.
“I wanted to create something that I felt completely represented me,” she’s says. “I couldn’t think of a better way than dance to do so.
“Commas” features Kordei in both in high fashion and street wear, as she effortlessly hits hip hop moves and struts her thing with a couple of back up dancers in an urban setting.
“Do Not Disturb” taps into a more seductive side of Kordei, as the video is filmed in black and white. Equipped with a chair and back up dancers, she leaves the audience wanting more in this steamy visual.
All in all, Normani Kordei has successfully introduced the world into who she is.
