Over Atlantic – made up of members Charlie Jones, Gabriel Gomer, Sean Killeen, Liam Ross and Trevor Cash – have announced their decision to go their separate ways.

Sharing the news on to their official social media accounts, their statement read:

‘There’s no easy way to say this, but we’ve decided it’s the end of the road for Over Atlantic. This decision has been made by members wanting different futures and disagreements on what the next step of the band would have been. We have to put each of our happiness first.

We can never thank you all enough for everything you’ve done for us and the memories we’ve created the past two years together. Thank you to everyone who has come to one of our shows, listened to our music and shown endless support. We had so much fun with all of you and enjoyed every minute we spent with you guys. Your support continues to amaze us today and will always. We’ll all be continuing to create music and we will be supporting each other with our new ventures, wherever they take us.’

Over Atlantic’s fans were quick to take to social media to express their heartbreak at the decision, but also expressed their continued support for the individual members on their new ventures.

During their time together as a band, Over Atlantic embarked on several headline tours around the UK, with their most recent tour being in May of this year. They also released an EP, which was released in 2017, titled ‘Likes Me Like That,’ featuring several original tracks.

Here at CelebMix, we wish each individual member the best of luck with their new ventures, and we look forward to seeing what they have in store, continuing to follow their individual journeys.
