Paris Jackson dedicates new tattoo to her father

Paris Jackson rang in her 18th birthday in style, by getting a new tattoo dedicated to her father Michael Jackson.

She celebrated her 18th on Sunday and took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off her new tattoo which reads: “Queen of my heart” in her dad’s handwriting.

The tattoo artist, Justin Lewis, also shared a picture of his own of Paris who was accompanied by singer-songwriter, Austin Brown, her cousin.Paris Dedicates New Tattoo to her Father Michael Jackson 2

The 18 year old was 11 when her father died of a propofol overdose at the age of 50 back in June 2009. She has previously stated she wanted a tattoo honouring her father.

When she was 14 years old, back in 2012, she wrote a tweet that has since been deleted, “I kinda want to get August XXIX tatted on my back,” obviously referencing Michael’s birthday on August 29th, 1958.

The day before she got her new tattoo, the birthday girl celebrated the milestone with her 26 year old boyfriend, musician Michael Snoddy and they both posted adorable photos on Instagram.

Happy belated birthday, Paris! We love your new tat and we think your dad would be very proud.
