Canadian electronic Producer/DJ duo PINEO & LOEB team up with hip-hop artist FUEG and UK saxophonist Ellie Sax on their new, galvanizing house track, “Good Vibe Feeling,” via Casual Jam Records.
Sampling Canadian disco artist Estiban, “Good Vibe Feeling” takes hold of elements from the past and transports them into the here and now, delivering a funky, dynamic contemporary dance track, witnessed by 70-year-old dance queen Andrea Bolly aka the 6Mom, strutting her moves in the video shot in Los Angeles.
PINEO & LOEB’s cool sound occurred when they were both booked for the same show in the same time slot. Rather than fighting for the single slot, they decided to combine their talents in a back-to-back set, wowing the audience and revealing their dazzling musical chemistry.
Their popular releases include “Daydreaming,” “Circles,” and “Body Right,” while FUEG, who is one-half of the duo 4AM, recently released “The Vibe” with Fresh Mode via Sony Music, which amassed more than 5 million streams on Spotify.
Ellie Sax has been dazzling crowds at festivals and clubs around the globe. Her single, “Scatman” collected over 7 million streams, while the saxophonist extraordinaire has shared the stage and worked with Artful Dodger, Stonebridge, and Karen Harding.
“Good Vibe Feeling” opens on kaleidoscopic colors flowing into a driving, potent rhythm featuring a thumping kick-drum and a cavernous bassline topped by FUEG’s delicious, melodic rapping flow. Ellie’s sax imbues the tune with lush, braying surfaces, adding to the electrifying feel of the melody.
A shimmering breakdown shifts the harmonic flow momentarily, and then rolls into a funk-laced, tantalizingly vibrant dance tune at once contagious and irresistible.
Brimming with bewitching house momentum and bright layers of sound, “Good Vibe Feeling” offers exhilarating feel-good music.
