She’s been relatively quiet on the music scene for a while but Pixie Lott came back with a bang last night as she performed her new single Baby on The Voice UK. The Boys and Girls vocalist was joined by DJ Anton Powers for the performance, with whom the track is a collaboration with.
With this weekend being the grand final of the TV talent show, millions tuned in to see which contestants advanced to Sunday night, therefore, all eyes were on Pixie as she took centre stage, however, she did not disappoint. The chart topping pop princess treated viewers to an energetic performance of the upbeat hit, which we know is going to be huge this Spring/Summer.
Pixie strutted across the stage with confidence and as though she’s never been away from the place whilst delivering faultless vocals and impressive dance moves. She looked gorgeous too, wearing an all black ensemble of hot-pants, a sequined top and thigh high boots. Her hair was styled to perfection in unruly curls.
Pixie posted a backstage snap post performance, which sent us all a little heart eyes. She said in the caption that her performance was “fun.”
She later shared a snap of her and the show’s coaches and mentioned how she’s now excited for the new The Voice Kids UK to start, a new edition of the hit show which Pixie is set to be a mentor on, alongside Will.I.Am and McFly’s Danny Jones. The Voice Kids will be coming to ITV later on this year.
