Get ready to see more of The Fab Five, Hennys!
On Wednesday, February 13th, Netflix announced that Queer Eye‘s third season will premiere on March 15th. The Valentine’s Day teaser shows a preview of Carly Rae Jepsen‘s upcoming single, “Now That I Found You,” as the Fab Five gush over the singer in a cute text exchange.
The new season will take the five men – Antoni Porowski (Food & Wine), Bobby Berk (Interior Design), Jonathan Van Ness (Grooming), Karamo Brown (Culture) and Tan France (Fashion) – to Kansas City, Missouri after two seasons in Georgia.
Netflix’s Queer Eye is based on the Bravo series of the same name that ran from 2003 to 2007. The rebooted series follows the same premise: five gay men use their areas of expertise to give someone (usually a straight male) an emotional makeover.
Although the new show has only been out for a year, Queer Eye has already won three Emmys in 2018 for Outstanding Structured Reality Program, Outstanding Casting for a Reality Program, and Outstanding Picture Editing for a Structured or Competition Reality Program.
We’re not surprised at all the recognition since the series leaves us in tears after every episode all thanks to the Fab Five!
