Okay so we know by now that Ed Sheeran is a pretty good songwriter, right? On top of writing songs for his three multi-platinum albums and numerous EPs, Ed has also written singles for pretty much every artist in the charts right now. He’s credited on Liam Payne’s ‘Strip That Down’, Justin Bieber’s ‘Love Yourself’ and basically made James Blunt’s entire new album. Yep, that guy has his fingers in a lot of pies.
Another of Ed’s recent songwriting credits is Rita Ora’s Top Ten single ‘Your Song’ and so it’s only appropriate that the pair perform the song together.
The self-confessed “one take wonders” recorded an acoustic version of ‘Your Song’ with Ed playing his iconic Divide guitar and providing backing vocals for Rita.
Rita announced the duet on Twitter, calling Ed “my guy”. Is there anyone Ed isn’t friends with?
Had to do a little acoustic version of #YOURSONG with my guy @edsheeran while we were in LA!!! Have a listen here https://t.co/VuF0eLTFjT ? pic.twitter.com/Twpq7IBE3i

SO CUTE.
And we’ve gotta say, Rita, that eye make-up is on fleek.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Rita Ora’s second album, which was recently revealed to be due in early 2018.
Speaking of the album, Rita said:
“The album is going to come out and it’s going to be major. I’ve been working on it for ages. There’s some amazing people on it and amazing surprises.”
If ‘Your Song’ is anything to go by, the album is going to be fantastic. We can’t wait.
