Their last album was released over two years ago so fans were obviously still awaiting their return to make more glorious music!
On to the lovely numbers, The 1975 are currently at the top spot in huge markets such as the United States, Japan, Sweden and the U.K.! Overall they made a +61 leap on the Global iTunes/Spotify ranking list to the new top ten position of #8!
‘Chocolate’ continues to be the bands best selling single going Gold in the U.K., U.S. and Denmark. The song’s heavy pop rock tone made it an instant radio hit and allowed the band to gain more fans and followers.
Other songs given acclaim include ‘Sex’, ‘Girls’, and ‘Love Me’.
We’re certain they are ecstatic with the immense support they are receiving but also the positive reviews from critics all around.
