Broadway for which Sara composed the music, earned her first Tony
Award nominations for “Best Musical” and “Best Original Score” and a
2017 Grammy nomination for “Best Musical Theatre Album.” Due to popular demand, the London production of Waitress has recently
extended its booking period to 21 October at the Adelphi Theatre.
Sara joined forces in the studio with legendary Academy® Award-
winning producer T Bone Burnett for the highly anticipated new album,
Amidst The Chaos .
As a result, the album spotlights her voice as a singer and storyteller like never before, while making an enduring statement.
To announce her forthcoming album, Sara chose to delight St Pancras
International’s commuters and visitors with a surprise performance on
one of the station’s legendary pianos – played by world famous
musicians including Elton John, John Legend and Jeff Goldblum, as well
as the public day to day. Elton John gifted one piano to St Pancras International in 2016.
