Their newest single “Good Time” is a pop production masterpiece, featuring an undeniable singalong chorus that will soon be lodged into your brain through the track’s catchy whistle hook that instantly brings out the sunshine and makes you want to dive headfirst into a margarita somewhere on the coastline. As George Sheppard explains, “It’s the idea that true happiness lies within the people you love. It’s not where you are or what you’re doing, it’s who you’re with.”
“Good Time” was written and recorded in Sweden by George Sheppard with hit-makers Lisa Desmond and fellow Eurovision alum, Robin Stjernberg. It’s the first taste of new music since their third album, Kaleidoscope Eyes, and their seasonal anthem, Christmas Without You, both released in 2021.
The accompanying music video for “Good Time,” which was recently filmed in South-East Melbourne in Australia, perfectly captures the spirit of the song. Directed by Josh Harris from Welcome the Machines (Having previously worked with Illy, Gang of Youths) and brought to life by ARIA-nominated artist Giulia Giannini McGauran (Tones and I, Lime Cordiale), the video features stunning visuals that transport you to a European summer’s day.
