The Spice Girls have finally given us what we want, what we really really want: they’re reuniting!
Unfortunately we’re not lucky enough to get all five back, but Scary, Ginger and Baby have formed their very own new trio: GEM.
Speaking in a video launched today on spicegirlsgem.com the ladies spoke about how they have the best fans in the world (that’s us) and that they want to celebrate 20 years of their hit “Wannabe” with a huge party. The best news is, we’re all invited.
Rumour has it that the three Spices have booked a slot at Hyde Park for a gig next summer.
Although it is perfectly clear Victoria Beckham won’t be joining in on any reunion action, it is unknown if Mel C will join GEM. She was recently quoted as saying that she would be keeping “tight-lipped” as she is “in the studio working on [her] own album and that is [her] focus.”
We don’t know about you, but we can’t wait to zigazig ah.
