    You have probably heard this before but never enough; staying active is the best way to keep your body and mind active. And naturally, an active body improves your overall well-being and quality of life. TaeKwonDo coach Arjun Dhingra does not go a day without exercise to aid his intense professions.

    Arjun is not just a coach who teaches his students the game but is also an established real estate and mortgage consultant in Bay Area, San Francisco. His reach is spread throughout the West Coast, so most of his work is done online. This makes his second profession mentally hectic. 

    Arjun shares how physical activity can make you get through a buzzing life with health and better functionality. It helps you look better and feel better which ultimately increases your productivity. He stresses the importance of exercise with the heightened stress levels and the fast speed at which the world operates today. 

    Lifts mood naturally 

    Countless researches have proved how physical activity can reduce stress, anxiety, and anger. It promotes the “feel good” hormones making it the happy pill you all might need to counterwork challenges with ease. Many people feel instantly better after including physical activity as a regular part of their lives.

    Regular exercise can keep you fit and young. without it, your body starts losing its agility, strength, and stamina. It is true when people say “You don’t stop moving from growing old, you grow old from not moving”. Hence, if you wish to stay young and fit longer, exercise must be a part of your daily life.

    As Arjun claims, exercise is not just for the well-being of the body, it is the fuel for your mental abilities and capabilities. Your mental capability is directly linked to your physical activity. A regular physical regiment has tremendous effects on the performance of your work. It brings about numerous cognitive benefits like improved concentration, a sharper memory, heightened mental stamina, lesser stress and so much more. It doesn’t matter how you incorporate exercise into your routine as each person has different preferences, but the fact of the matter remains that regular exercise is crucial for better work performance. It helps you make sure that all the hours you put in, will bring far greater value.
