Taylor Swift will be kicking off her Reputation World Tour in Arizona tomorrow (May 8), and over the weekend she held her final dress rehearsal.
Instead of performing to an empty stadium, Taylor invited 2000 foster kids and their families to the University of Phoenix Stadium in order to watch rehearsal. Not only that, but the ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ singer held a pizza party for the attendees and also spent almost four hours meeting and greeting the families.
One concert goer, Kellie Dillon, told E! News how it all came about. “We received an email a few days ago through an organization called AZAFAP (Arizona Association of Foster and Adoptive Parents). They help organize events and extra-curricular things for foster kids and foster families. They released 2,000 tickets and everyone thought it was a scam at first.”
She continued, “We thought it was too good to be true, but we all kept it a secret (per Taylor’s orders) and sure enough had the time of our lives!”
“My family and I have been fostering for over three years and have adopted too. I don’t think Taylor understands what this meant to these foster and adoptive families! Some of these children have been through terrible journeys in their lifetime, so to me able to escape for an incredible evening like that was out of this world! She was so genuine and we truly felt like we were hanging out with a friend and had a pizza party at the end of the night. A magical evening we will never forget.”

Taylor’s kindness did not stop there either. The songstress also went to visit a fan in hospital who is unable to attend her show due to her burn injuries.
Eight-year-old Isabella suffered third-degree burns over a month ago when a fire pit exploded. A photographer from the Arizona Reporter helped the young fan to record a video plea for the singer to visit her.
Taylor made her way to the hospital to visit Isabella, gave her a bag of tour goodies and wrote a beautiful message in her journal.
Dear @taylorswift13 : THANK YOU SO MUCH for visiting Isabella ? A sweet miracle for a special 8yo girl going through so much #12News #IsabellameetTaylor #TaylormeetIsabella @taylornation13 pic.twitter.com/vGFvPby9Dl
