Earlier today, the first trailer for the forthcoming new Charlie’s Angels movie was unveiled and we couldn’t be more shook if we tried.
Not only did the trailer give us the first glimpse of our soon to be favourite trio Kristen Stewart, Naomi Scott and Ella Balinska in action, but it also confirmed a brand new music collaboration from three of the biggest female artists in the world (but more about that later on!)
Let’s begin with the trailer itself – there’s only one word to describe it, and that’s badass. Action-packed from start to finish, the trailer showcases the new Angels at their most fierce and we’re totally here for it. The movie also stars Elizabeth Banks (who is at the directing helm), everyone’s favourite Netflix boyfriend Noah Centineo, Me Before You star Sam Claflin and the legendary Patrick Stewart.

Whilst we’re so hyped for the movie itself and the new era of Charlie’s Angels, something else which was unveiled during the trailer has made us lose our cool completely. After rumours circulated online, it was finally confirmed that music queens Ariana Grande, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey have teamed up for a collaboration which features on the soundtrack.
A snippet of the track can be heard in the trailer itself, and whilst we don’t have too much to go on just yet, it’s safe to say that we are already living for this ultimate pop collab. New girl power anthem? We think so.
If that wasn’t exciting enough, Ariana has also revealed that she is co-executive producing the soundtrack with Savan Kotecha, Ilya and MXM. Earlier on her Instagram story, she confirmed that she will be collaborating with Chaka Khan for one of the tracks.
