Season 3 of The Flash ended on a huge cliffhanger, with Barry Allen entering the speed force and leaving Central City. That’s exactly where the trailer for season 4 picks up from. It shows life without The Flash, or Barry, and how it’s affecting everyone he’s left behind. The main focus in the trailer is on Iris. She has lost the man she hoped to marry, but she is pulling through and being strong. To say the rest of the team are doing the same, might be a bit of an understatement. However, they have bigger problems to deal with when a new threat to the city demands that they give him The Flash. With him gone for what seems like good, that might cause a new issues…
Hope is not all lost, as near the end of the trailer we see a figure dressed completely in red who we’re hoping to be The Flash, running around and hopefully finding his way back home. That’s if it even is him, but for now, we have no way of knowing.
