The Tide have been crowned winners of the CelebMix Star of Sixteen Award.
The four piece band, who are signed with The Vamps’ record label, beat off stiff competition from Irish lads Hometown to be crowned victorious bringing in 49% of all votes – that’s an incredible 15,432 votes.
Both bands have been battling it out across social media today, with thousands of tweets from fans encouraging voting which crashed our website multiple times!
Austin Corini, Levi Jones, Drew Dirksen and Nate Parker win guaranteed coverage on CelebMix for the entire year and have been voted as the most exciting rising act of the year.
The Tide will join Hometown in supporting The Vamps on their upcoming UK tour, which kicks off in April.
