Joining Conor Maynard, The Tide, and New Hope Club on The Vamps UK tour is the one and only HomeTown. The aspiring, Irish group made its debut in 2014 and has been rising up the charts ever since. The six-piece, boy band consists of Dayl Cronin, Dean Gibbons, Josh Gray, Ryan McLoughlin, Cian Morrin, and Brendan Murray. The band has toured with Olly Murs and will now be opening for The Vamps at every date of their UK and Ireland tour. Opening for The Vamps is a huge step in HomeTown’s career, but there seems to be nothing that these six lads can’t handle.

Even though HomeTown is just in the beginning of their career, they have multiple hit songs that fans are dying to hear. Their first single, “Where I Belong”, was an immediate hit as it went straight to the number one spot on the Ireland charts following its release. Since then, the band has released another chart topping single called, “Cry for Help”, and they have earned even more acclaim from their most recent song, “The Night We Met”. HomeTown has made many amazing original songs, but their covers are something you don’t want to miss out on hearing. Some of their most popular covers include “Hello” by Adele, “Wherever You Will Go” by The Calling, and “Drag Me Down” by One Direction. These six lads are all extremely talented singers and there is no doubt that they will give their all in each and every show.

Because The Vamps kick off their tour in three days, it only feels right to mention some fun facts about HomeTown.

    1. Josh Gray’s birthday falls on the same day as the Dublin show (March 28th).
    2. They are signed to RCA records.
    3. They frequently talk to fans on Twitter.
    4. Brendan Murray’s favorite country artist is Rascal Flatts.
    5. Liam Payne helped write “The Night We Met”.
    6. In 2015, the band’s self-titled album debuted at number 5 on the Ireland music charts, just behind Adele (“25”) and Justin Bieber (“Purpose”).
