We seem to be closer to a Spice Girls reunion than we’ve ever been, if recent rumours can be believed, after the ladies came together for the first time in 6 years.
Spurred on by a series of instagram images by Victoria Beckham, most notably one with their old manager Simon Fuller, the press have been speculating on plans on plans for the fab five. Worldwide Tour? New Music? A spin off Documentary? The possibilities are endless.
One thing’s for sure and that is that the 90’s icons are as powerful today as they were back in their heyday, judging by the media storm that those snaps have created. Whilst we wait with bated breath as to what their plans involve, we take a look back at one of our Spice faves.
Released on the 14th October 1996, ‘Say You’ll Be There’ was the girls’ second number 1 single and was certified platinum. The video was shot in the Californian Mojave desert and ranked at number eight in VH1’s ‘All-Time Greatest Music Videos in History’
SO much sass and girl power! We love everything the girls stand for and loved those iconic looks they were serving in the video.
