There are no spoilers that Tim Allen has revealed but Allen is giving a small taste to fans of the Toy Story franchise and what they can expect from the fourth movie installment.
The 65-year-old actor, who has voiced Buss Lightyear throughout all the films, appeared on The Talk on Wednesday where he spoke a little bit about the upcoming movie.
Allen was asked by cohost, Sarah Gilbert whether he was hard at work on the fourth film. Allen answered, “Yes, I gotta resist getting emotional. I don’t want to give it away, but this is an incredibly great story. It is so emotional, it’s so funny, it’s so big, the idea they’ve come up with, I’m startled. I couldn’t even get through the last scene. I would love to be a Washington leaker.”
Before getting carried away and giving away more details, he stopped himself explaining, “I just can’t do it. I can’t give any more away. They’ve got great characters but a couple of scenes towards the end were really hard to get through.”
Toy Story 4 will welcome back many iconic characters that the first movie had and that fans fell in love with in the first movie back in 1995.
Toy Story 4 is scheduled for release in June 2019.
