Tinchy Stryder is the UK rapper so-named because, well… He’s not the tallest! This pint sized Grime artist has been in the music industry for a while now and has a fair few famous connections – Dizzee Rascal, Wiley, and even N-Dubz’ frontman Dappy to name a few. There was also that time that he collaborated with childrens’ TV legends The Chuckle Brothers!
But now the Ghana born rapping sensation is back with his track Different; taken from his forthcoming EP Private Life in Public. It features 5 songs and is available to pre-order right now!

Tinchy Stryder teased the release of the music video to accompany the song yesterday on Twitter, and UK Grime fans were more than a little pleased. One fan tweeted “looking forward to it the song is awesome smashing it once again” and another said “can’t wait till tomorrow”.

So waking up today to see that Tinchy had dropped the official music video on his YouTube channel, fans were not disappointed and once again took to the comments box and tweeted their praise for the track. One viewer commented “Jhhhhheeezus tinchy back with a banger”.

The video compliments the track perfectly, with a great beat which is true to Tinchy’s Grime roots, and an almost eerie introduction that blends well with the trippy editing and two girls sipping from upturned teacups – slightly reminiscent of the twin girls in horror movie The Shining. Tinchy looks cool as ever, wearing blacked out shades and a leather jacket, surrounded by hazard warning tape which makes for a great visual.
