Tom Walker and Zara Larsson have shared a live acoustic video of their gorgeous collaboration, ‘Now You’re Gone’.
The pair came together to perform the track, taken from Tom’s album What A Time To Be Alive, prior to Zara’s headline show in Muffatwerk, Munich. Written by Tom, Steve Mac, and Chelcee Grimes, the track is a reflective offering on the theme of departure and this acoustic performance truly heightens the emotion of the song.
Accompanied solely by a keyboard, Tom and Zara deliver a passionate performance of ‘Now You’re Gone’, with the focus being on their stunning vocals. Not only do they shine individually but their vocals complement each other perfectly.
Check out the performance below.
Speaking about the track in our interview earlier this year, Tom said: “It’s such a sick track. I wrote that track with Steve Mac and we originally just had one of the co-writers singing on it but Steve was working with Zara on something else and he played her the track. She loved it so much she just did a vocal for it there and then. Steve then sent it over and I was buzzing about it!”
‘Now You’re Gone’ is just one of the incredible tracks taken from Tom’s number one debut album What A Time To Be Alive. Since its release, the album has sold over 150,000 copies in the UK and almost a million copies globally. It also includes the hit singles ‘Leave A Light On’ and ‘Just You And I.
