This official friend zone anthem is definitely one of our favorite songs and music videos this year, with Anne-Marie and Marshmello bringing us another iconic video.

Girls Like You – Maroon 5 feat. Cardi B

The Girls Like You visual is one of the many music videos this year that reached one billion views. A music video that’s also filmed in a circular, it features many recognisable faces including Camila Cabello, Aly Raisman, Gal Gadot, Millie Bobby Brown, Ellen DeGeneres and more!

    Money – Cardi B

Cardi B did it again with one of the best music videos this year with her newest single, Money. Cardi’s outfit choices are more than iconic and the visuals are a 10/10. Cardi definitely ended the year off right with this music video.

thank u, next – Ariana Grande

Back in November, Ariana kept teasing her fans with sneak peaks and pictures from her music video for her single, thank u, next. Fans caught on that it would have a 2000’s chick flick vibe that featured iconic movies such as Mean Girls, Bring It On and others. The music video features celeb cameos such as Colleen Ballinger, Troye Sivan, and Aaron Samuels himself, Jonathan Bennett.

Even though these were only a few out of many music videos that came out throughout the year, there are plenty of other videos that we loved from our favorite artists.
