I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here kicked off its 19th series on Sunday night with 10 million viewers tuning in. We have seen this year’s celebrities participate in some gruelling bushtucker trials since the show launched, but tonight two new celebrities are being introduced, participating in their first bushtucker trial.

The two celebrities entering the jungle are both well-known television stars

The first of the two is Cliff Parisi

Most people know Cliff for his role of Rick Peterson, better known as ‘Minty’ on BBC’s Eastenders. Cliff played the role of Minty from 2002 up until 2010 and was at the heart of some of the biggest storylines. He has also appeared on screen in period drama Call The Midwife playing Fred Buckle.

The London born actor is 59 and has been married to his wife Tara Wyer since 2009. The couple have got three children between them, Mandy, Dean and Art.

The second celebrity set to enter the Australian jungle is Andrew Whyment.

The 38-year-old is a Salford born actor who is most famous for his role of Kirk Sutherland in ITV’s Coronation Street. The actor is known for his comedy, entertaining the audience and in 2003 he received a British Soap Award for best comedy performance.

He married his wife Nicola Willis in 2007, the couple sharing two children between them, Hollie and Thomas.

The two new celebrities will enter the jungle tonight, being thrown in the deep end as they compete in a bushtucker trial in order to bring food back to the camp for themselves and fellow campmates.

We are excited to see some new faces in the jungle. What do you think of the latecomers? Let us know your thoughts on Twitter @CelebMix
