One of the highlights of the summer is undoubtedly Wireless Festival and this year’s lineup has caused a frenzy with their audience.

This year’s headliners consist of J. Cole, Stormzy and in what will be his first perfomance outside of North America, DJ Khaled will be closing the festival.

Other performers lined up for the weekend include Big Sean, French Montana, Mabel and Cardi B amongst many other heavy hitters who will be playing in Finsbury Park from the 6th to the 8th of July.

The festival was criticised earlier by singer Lily Allen after she pointed out that there were only three females on the lineup, causing a mass debate on the social networking site.

We do, however agree with Lily on this one and can only hope that Wireless will add a lot more female names in their next announcement. 2017 was a great year for many women and we would love to see the likes of SZA, Stefflon Don, Jorja Smith, Raye and Jhene Aiko take to the Wireless stage.

As it stands, the tickets have sold like hotcakes with only Friday day and Saturday & Sunday VIP tickets being available. You can get your tickets here, where you will also find other information on the weekend’s activities.
