Years & Years frontman Olly Alexander went to Disneyland Paris with six of his closest friends, including bandmate Michael Goldsworthy where they all got to meet Mickey Mouse.
Olly played the hero with Star Wars villain Darth Vader, showing off his lightsaber skills when getting up close and personal. The party then went to meet magician Mickey in his backstage location. and made best friends with the legendary mouse and was spotted taking selfies and collecting an autograph.

A three-course dining experience with a view of the castle in the Sleeping Beauty suite preceded the world-famous Disney Illuminations later that night, the perfect way to close the day for such a magical experience for Olly and his friends.
In November Mickey Mouse turns 90. He made his very first appearance on 18 November 1928, all the Disney parks including Disneyland Paris will be putting on a special programme of events. 1 October 2018 will kick off 90 days of celebrations. This year, Halloween and Christmas seasons will celebrate Mickey with a very festive agenda. Mickey will be appearing with a brand new float for the Halloween cavalcade from 1 October to 4 November 2018. “Mickey’s Illusion Manor” will celebrate 90 years of fun, and reveal his mischievous side!
Disneyland Paris has also announced the opening of a unique attraction “Mickey and his PhilharMagique Orchestra”. This new 3D experience opens at the Discoveryland Theatre on 1 October 2018. Mickey and Donald take you on a big adventure through Disney classics like Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King.
