Zara Larsson knows how to deliver a pop banger, and it’s safe to say that she’s succeeded once again with her new single ‘Don’t Worry Bout Me’.
Bringing bucket loads of sass to the table, ‘Don’t Worry Bout Me’ is an empowering bop which sees Zara moving on from a relationship and telling her ex to focus on their own business rather than worrying about what she’s doing.
“Don’t worry bout me, you should worry bout you, yeah”, Zara sings over the electro-pop melody. “Cause I ain’t none of your business, now I’ve been sleeping okay.”
‘Don’t Worry Bout Me’ acts as a follow up to Zara’s previous single ‘Ruin My Life’, which has amassed over 191 million streams on Spotify and became her sixth top ten hit in the UK. Whilst Zara was still hooked on an unhealthy relationship in ‘Ruin My Life’, ‘Don’t Worry Bout Me’ showcases that she’s over it and no longer cares about her ex.
