Last month, Zayn appeared on the cover of Dazed. During the interview, he spoke about staying grounded, fashion and his musical inspirations. We were also treated to some brand new pictures of the star, including ones of him in a stunning Marc Jacobs leather jacket.

Today, it has been revealed that Dazed are selling that very jacket via an online auction. The jacket has been hand painted and exclusively customised by Zayn himself. The singer has expressed his creativity, by adorning the jacket with song titles from his album Mind of Mine, skulls, flags and evil eyes.

Better still, all monies raised from the auction will go straight to Mind, a mental health charity which provides “advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.” Zayn recently opened up about his own mental health battles, which makes the auction even more significant.

Zayn posted a video of the jacket on Facebook earlier today.

Paul Farmer MBE, Chief Executive of Mind, said: “We are delighted to have Zayn’s support for this competition which we hope will raise invaluable awareness and money, and will allow us to continue our support for the one in four people who live with a mental health problem.”

Isabella Burley, Editor-in-Chief of Dazed added: “Zayn has become such an important role model for his generation. It’s been an honor to take his Dazed cover story one step further with this customised leather jacket, which will hopefully help raise awareness for what is today one of the biggest health issues facing young people. We’d like to thank Zayn and Marc Jacobs for pairing together to create this one-of-a-kind collectable in collaboration with Dazed.”

If you wish to get involved, please visit Givergy, where a £5 donation will give you one entry into the draw, which closes on Wednesday 27 July at midnight.
