DISCOVER: De Hofnar’s New Single “Outrun” Featuring Alfie Day

De Hofnar keeps on teasing us as he gears up to release his debut album “Kings And Queens”. This week saw him release “Outrun” which features Alfie Day. The song is the fourth single to be released from the album, after “Breakup Song”, “Little Love”, and “Kings And Queens”. We previously interviewed him on his new album, back in August.

The single has been released on Armada Deep and is available to download and stream on all platforms. De Hofnar invites London-based singer Alfie Day to collaborate with on this three-minute track.

Listen To De Hofnar’s “Outrun” Featuring Alfie Day Here:

The song has an indie-pop vibe to it, with Alfie Day’s vocals totally taking us back to the 00’s when indie-pop was extremely popular. De Hofnar manages to switch it up a bit with an undeniable pumping bassline.

There’s plenty of positive beats that pick up the prominent guitar licks in the backing track. Alfie Day brings it for the vocal, totally getting into the song and fully embracing the words towards the end of the song.

This brings something new from De Hofnar, really managing to showcase his versatility as a DJ; truly mixing up a variety of different genres for his debut album – which sure is going to be unforgettable.

“Outrun” is available to download and stream right now, we expect the album will be released in the near future. Don’t forget to check out our interview with this amazing Dutch DJ for all the details on his new album.
