Rock on! Hands Like Houses have released an official music video for their guitar-driven anthem ‘Perspectives’ and it certainly hasn’t disappointed!
In the video, we see the Australian band rocking out and doing what they do best. The promotional clip for the song premiered exclusively via Red Bull Music and it also features an emotional narrative that documents feelings of struggle.
Lyrically speaking, ‘Perspectives’ is all about not being understood. No matter how hard you try, sometimes it’s impossible to get others to see the world through your eyes and that can be totally frustrating. We’re sure lots of people will relate to the powerful track.
Sharing a link to their new video, Hands Like Houses posted a promotional photo on Instagram with the following caption: “Our new video for ‘Perspectives’ is up now at redbull.com – go have a squizz cause you know this song is going to go nuts live!”
‘Perspectives’ is currently available here on iTunes. It’s the fifth music video to be released from the band’s latest album ‘Dissonants’ and it follows: ‘I Am‘, ‘Colourblind‘, ‘Glasshouse‘ and ‘Degrees of Separation.’ That’s an incredibly strong singles run.
Back in May, we interviewed Hands Like Houses backstage at one of their headline shows in the UK. We spoke to the group’s lead singer Trenton Woodley about his favourite lyrics and much more. You can listen to our exclusive interview here.
Hands Like Houses will return to Europe on Friday for a string of shows with Of Mice & Men. They’ll also be touring America with Our Last Night and The Color Morale later this year. A list of the band’s forthcoming shows can be found here online.
