Yesterday The Vamps announced their new UK and European ‘Night & Day’ tour and now they’ve only gone and dropped details of new single Personal featuring Maggie Lindemann.
‘Personal’, due for release this Friday (13th October) is taken from the Day edition of their Night & Day album. The artwork for the single features two younger versions of what looks suspiciously like Brad of The Vamps and Maggie teasing that the video is likely to feature these characters. Fans have seen the quartet posting hints of their upcoming collaboration across social media, with the biggest clue being the below tweet which Maggie later retweeted self-confirming she is their latest musical partner.

Maggie is known for her hit ‘Pretty Girl’ which has allowed her to gain a name in the music industry and this collaboration will no doubt raise her profile even more. When discussing the collaboration The Vamps commented “When we heard Maggie’s tune Pretty Girl we knew she was going to be awesome. She’s such a talented person whose voice added so much to the single.”. Whilst Maggie has given the first look into what the track will be about by adding;
I love the song and the meaning behind it – I think everyone has gone through it.
Maggie is the latest addition to the ever-expanding list of artists The Vamps have collaborated with including Martin Jensen, Matoma and Mike Perry. Fans will be able to partake in the official international listening party later this week via a Facebook Live which will see fans questions answered and the premiere of the song ahead of its release.
The Vamps are treating fans to multiple announcements this week as mentioned yesterday their 2018 Night & Day UK and Europe arena tour was announced. Kicking off in Sheffield on the 14th April before ending in Copenhagen on June 1st. The UK tour is set to go on sale on Saturday 11th November with more details available here.
