Alexa Goddard is back with her latest track, a slick RnB style ballad called ‘Run Away’.
The track is another personal release from Alexa which sees her bare all when it comes to her musical journey. The gorgeous stripped-back track is a delicate and raw offering which emphasises Alexa’s stirring vocals.
Speaking about the track, Alexa said: “‘Run Away’ was inspired by the pain of losing someone, and the internal battle of conflicting emotions – between trying to convince yourself that you’re ‘fine’ and the desperate urge to ‘run away’ and escape from it all. We’ve all gone through the process of overcoming challenges, but still feel the pain sometimes – whether that be heartbreak from a break-up, grief, or any other difficult challenge life might present.”

‘Run Away’ follows on from the recently released ‘Until You’re Gone’, which marked Alexa’s first original material for three years.
