In the wake of their previous double A-side, featuring ‘Hello 2 You’ and ‘Don’t Touch’, Aliens Don’t Ring Doorbells are back to bombard your speakers with their latest single ‘Big Old Nowhere’.
The newest song from ADRD is full of charm and energetic beats, opening with a flurry of quick-paced, galloping guitar beats. With its buoyant melodies and swinging groove, ‘Big Old Nowhere’ becomes almost impossible to stand still to, daring you to resist its upbeat energy.
The trio cites the likes of pop-rock greats such as OneRepublic, Maroon 5 and Weezer as some of its musical influences, which can really be heard throughout their discography. Playing a collection of rock, pop, jazz, prog, and swing music, nowhere is this mash-up of influences and sounds more evident or more accomplished than in ‘Big Old Nowhere’.
Aliens Don’t Ring Doorbells have come to lay claim to what is rightfully theirs whilst demonstrating that rock ‘n’ roll is still very much alive and well.
