After a successful comeback in 2018, Ashley Tisdale is back with her second single, “Love Me and Let Me Go,” from her forthcoming third studio album, Symptoms, the follow-up to her 2009 album, Guilty Pleasure.
The tune was produced by Goldfinger’s frontman, John Feldmann.
Tisdale has been speaking out about her struggle with anxiety and depression and how they are themes of this album. This single and her previous one, “Voices in My Head,” have helped many fans who are struggling
It features the lyrics, “Love me and let me walk away, finally let me breathe stop being so obsessed with me. Love me and let me go,” which could be about a former lover or her anxiety.
In the single’s artwork, Tisdale is sporting a new pink do and a beautiful white dress while falling in midair, almost like she’s letting go of all of her stress and anxiety.
The beat and lyrics deliver a catchy new tune that delivers an important message.
“Love Me and Let Me Go” deserves to be a chart topping hit and played in every dance club in America.
On Twitter, Tisdale said the music video will be coming shortly.
The actress has yet to announce a release date for her album, but for now we can enjoy the two masterpieces this pop princess has released.
She did tease the album on her YouTube page by giving fans some behind the scenes videos and photoshoots.
Ten years later, Tisdale is still bopping to the top. She’s coming to save 2019 and we are so here for it.
