Kickstarting 2022 in spectacular fashion, Canadian superstar Avril Lavigne has revealed details about her upcoming seventh album. The record, which is titled ‘Love Sux’, will drop next month!
Returning to her roots and reminding everyone why she’s the pop punk princess, Avril Lavigne has teased that fans can expect a fast and fun album from start to finish. She recently described the project as a love letter to women and self-empowerment.
‘Love Sux’ will feature collaborations with: Machine Gun Kelly, blackbear and Mark Hoppus. Avril has, to date, shared two tracks from the record. The lead single ‘Bite Me’ and newly-released ‘Love It When You Hate Me’ are a great taste of what is to come.

Over the years, Avril Lavigne has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide. The hitmaker will be heading out on tour again this year and we can’t wait to hear all of her new material.
