Becky Hill is back with her brand new single, ‘Sunrise In The East’, her first for Polydor.
Produced by ADP and co-written by Becky, Maverick Sabre and Lost Boy, ‘Sunrise In The East’ received its first radio play as Jamz Supernova’s latest Jam Hot on 1Xtra earlier tonight. Armed with a synth-heavy tropical vibe, the track is truly captivating and will fully get you in the mood for the summer months ahead of us.
The track focuses on the development of a new relationship, in particular those early stages where you lose yourself in discovering every little detail about your new partner. “We talk until the sunrise in the east, I’m hanging onto every single word that you say”, Becky croons over the danceable beat, which proves to be irresistible.

‘Sunrise In The East’ is the first single to be taken from Becky’s long awaited debut album. She is currently working on it with the likes of MNEK, MJ Cole, and Two Inch Punch.
Since stealing our hearts on The Voice UK in 2012, Becky has enjoyed moderate success with her own solo material whilst also featuring on smash hit singles by the likes of Oliver Heldens, Matoma and Wilkinson. Not only has she gained recognition for her sensational voice, but she is also a sought-after songwriter thanks to her wonderful lyricism.
