Here at CelebMix, we review some of our favourite auditions from the third episode of ‘Britain’s Got Talent.’ Check them out below!
1. Daliso Chaponda (Comedian)
Right from the offset, comedian Daliso Chaponda built up an excellent rapport with both the Judges and the audience. His performance earned him a standing ovation from all four Judges and the audience. He impressed Judge Amanda Holden so much that she hit her Golden Buzzer – meaning that he has gained a place in the Live Semi-Finals, due to take place in a few weeks!
2. Miss Treats (Girl Group)
Girl group ‘Miss Treats’ – made up of members Lavelle, Jeanette, Moesha and Bambi – impressed the Judges with their version of ‘Whatta Man.’ Jeanette was recognised by Simon as she appeared in girl group ‘Miss Dynamix’ who were on ‘The X Factor’ a few years ago. Simon was so impressed that he said that he thought they were one of the best girl groups to have appeared on the show over the years!
3. Ryan Tracey (Balloon Modeller)
35-year-old Ryan Tracey attempted to break a Guinness World Record by creating five balloon models whilst blindfolded. He beat the current Guinness World Record and was overjoyed as he was presented with his certificate by presenters Ant and Dec. The Judges and audience were all on their feet cheering for Ryan, and we can’t wait to see what he does next!
4. St Patrick’s Junior Choir (Choir Group)
The ‘St Patrick’s Junior Choir,’ hailing from Northern Ireland, impressed Judges with their rendition of ‘Somewhere Only We Know.’ When asked why their choir was different from other choirs, one member said it was because they have ‘powerful voices and make a very lovely tune.’ Their moving performance reduced members of the audience to tears and the choir received a standing ovation from all four Judges!
5. Sian Pattinson (Singer)
Sian Pattinson overcame her nerves when she performed in front of the Judges after one of her children applied to the show for her. Simon halted her initial performance, saying that it wasn’t emotional and asked her to sing ‘Be With You.’ Her second performance earned her a standing ovation from several members of the panel and the audience.
