Fresh from his time on the latest series of ‘The X Factor’ – whereby he made it to the Semi-Final stage in the competition – Brendan Murray has unveiled his new single, titled ‘If I’m Honest.’
The track encapsulates his incredible vocals, with a relatively stripped back sound throughout the track. The lyrics portray an exceptional story, one whereby it’s a case of trying not to care in what is actually a heartbreaking situation.
The raw emotion in his voice is immensely captivating and ‘If I’m Honest’ is inevitably a great release from the talented Irish singer, song-writer and performer.
Describing the support he has received to the track as ‘moving,’ he has taken to his social media accounts to thank his fans for their support with the release and it’s evident that he appreciates all the support he has received.
Prior to appearing on ‘The X Factor,’ Brendan was involved in a boy band project and also represented his home country in ‘Eurovision.’ While on ‘The X Factor,’ he was mentored by Louis Tomlinson and his performances each week were varied, showcasing his many talents. His phenomenal vocals even secured him the Golden Buzzer at the Six Chair Challenge stage of the competition!
The release of his new single also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in Brendan’s career, as he has also recently announced a debut headline tour around the UK & Ireland, taking place in June. A full list of tour dates are as follows:
